K Session

Went for a k and movie session yesterday. Too bad cant find a lot of the songs I wanted. Either cause the system too old or the songs too new lols. The thing with singing is there is kind of a song ownership among friends. Who owns this song just because they sang it before lols. Today did not get to sing much of my usual songs. More of some odd songs here and there hahas. I don't know why friends find it hard to believe 5hrs is not enough. I went with a friend and 5hrs was not enough for us, less say a group of 5 lols. But it was pretty interesting as going with different people you hear diff songs. Diff singers, diff range of song genres and of course across ages lols! This is how retro comes back from time got time right? Everyone loves a good dose of west life, backstreet boys, Michael learns to rock. Too bad didn't get to sing Avril and adele songs hahas. To be honest I kind of choose songs to suit who I mingle. The most interesting thing is every group has different pet peeves. Some for enjoyment, some more than that and some are concert singers. As in sit there listen or sing with the singer hahas. Hardly sing solo. And I have to admit some songs are pretty fun to act both guy and girl. But maybe a bit fail cause my voice can go low but only to an extent lols. Then again these trips are all about the experience heh. But tbh I cheat cause I sort of bring these experiences home... By recording and its interesting to hear how diff I sound when talking and singing. And I cringe when hearing bad parts and resolve not to be like that next time lols.  |
